Default config installed to /etc/dibby to avoid overwrites? #17

Supposing a user of the Debian package of dibby modifies the /usr/share/dibby/default-config file, it might be overwritten on upgrade. Ideally this file would be in /etc/dibby and marked as a config file by the package.
