Calling the command pdk without arguments shows no help #16

I think we can make this show something a little more... Helpful?

   Command pdk contains subcommands:
          abstract
          add
          cat
          channel update
          closure
          commit
          complete
          create workspace
          download
          dumpmeta
          log
          mediagen
          mv
          pull
          purge
          remote listen
          remove
          repogen
          resolve
          revert
          rm
          semdiff
          status
          upgrade
          workspace create

pdk ERROR: Syntax Error: Tried to execute partial command
