Return bool functions, checkConsolidationStatus function

1. Return bool functions

• I think this return structure is better then the if-else approach - just less lines and more readable IMO

2. checkConsolidationStatus

• break loop if wallet1Consolidation is found (_wallet2 is in allDelegationsWallet1)
• only go through allDelegationsWallet2 if wallet1Consolidation is true
• return true as soon as _wallet1 is found in allDelegationsWallet2 loop

(the above made the declaration of wallet2Consolidation bool redundant so it was removed)
