@Alanamosse which sounds formats are supported in general by Galaxy-E? Do you know that we can play sounds from inside Galaxy. E.g. https://github.com/erasche/galaxy-video-datatypes

Didn't know that ! I think some detection tools use .wav files

Maybe @yvanlebras has an overwiev? We could add wav support as well and a "display plugin" to usegalaxy.eu so that wav files can be played if there is some interest.

Groovy ..... Yes potentially having wav format support can be of interest as having sonogram visualization tool and collaborative edition of tags on it. But not necessary for a first galaxy-e version on eu. This is on a next phasis to do list;)

@Alanamosse what about the following proposal. You try to resolve the merge conflicts here and we merge this big PR.

Then I will help you setting up travis CI integration and then you can work tool-by-tool as long as the tests pass. If the tests pass and we merge the tool-PRs they get automatically uploaded to the TS.

This should make it easier to follow your work and also eaier to review.
