Hi, I want to use Galaxy-E. But I couldn't understand how to install Galaxy-E. Could you give me a tutorial or a docker image about this.

Hi @zhixuqiu Thank you for showing interest to the Galaxy-E project! To install your own Galaxy-E instance, you can

use the actual Galaxy-E flavour using Docker https://github.com/65MO/GalaxyE_docker_galaxy-stable
create your own Galaxy instance and install tools from main toolshed, category "ecology" If you want to use an existing Galaxy-E instance, I can point you the URL. Don't hesitate to come back to me
