Spent a fair bit of time using ChatGPT to dissolve the old translations into pairs of sentences and then pairs of of phrases. From there I've done a bit of superficial statistical work on this new Swedish text, looking for bits of it that match existing bits of translated text, Based on that, this is my proposed translation.

Provisions on the design and manufacturing of personal protective equipment are given in Regulation (EU) No 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC. Act (2018:126).
