Spoofkiller implemented for Zirco #39

Hey,

I am a part of Spookiller project(read more http://spoofkiller.com/) by PayPal 
, and I have added the spoofkiller implementation to your browser, Zirco. (a 
version attached; click menu and select Browse Whitelist, select one site and 
enter a username and password-no need to be real username and password).
We want to distribute our version in Marketplace. Are we allowed to change the 
name of package and distribute the project with a new name?
Are you interested to add our Spoofkiller to main distribution of spoofkiller?

Your are allowed to change the name and distribute your modifications if you 
respect the GPLv3 license under which Zirco is released, e.g. your own app must 
be under GPLv3 for the original Zirco parts, and under a license compatible 
with GPLv3 for your modifications. This imply providing the source code of your 
modifications, and stating on the market the version and the availability of 
the source code. This is not currently the case.
