What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. currently there is no way to reload a website

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add the option. To save space, combine it with stop-button as stop/reload 
button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.3.7-cyanogenmod
