Warm up #11

Completed the Warm-up exercises. Created a WarmUp.py file in \hockey\src\data and a Notebook file WarmUpTest in \hockey\notebooks for testing.

Removed the python and associated notebook file and replaced with a single notebook file.

I might have screwed up. Creating a new clean branch is the fastest and easiest method.
