Configure more repo labels #179

Things I was missing today:

These should obviously also go in the general label sets for Gitea and GitHub.

Also, "help wanted" is not very useful IMO, but at the same time we're lacking a "good first issue" or something along those lines for newcomers to dive into the code and experience a quick success.

Turns out the first two labels I suggested are already part of our official label set: https://gitea.kosmos.org/kosmos/gitea.kosmos.org/src/branch/master/custom/options/label/Kosmos
