Moving repos to gitea.kosmos.org #8

We recently set up a Gitea for Kosmos, as well as serving other open-source projects in the future (most likely with some form of donation-required org creation process). It's running on GKE and backed up daily at the moment.

Gitea also supports org-wide webhooks, which will come in handy for the Kredits hooks. Even better, they also support custom label-sets out of the box, so we can create a default label set for orgs, which includes the kredits labels (see #7).

I guess we should first add Gitea org-hook support to hubot-kredits, and then use something like gitea-github-migrator to migrate the current repos including the issues and users (ideally with users using the same email address on Gitea, so the issue comments could be linked to their Gitea accounts).
