Document php, mysql, web server and browser versions #34

We should keep track of what versions of php, mysql, and various web servers boswar is known to run on and browsers that work with it.

I am currently developing and testing with PHP 5.5.3 MySQL 5.6.11 Apache 2.4.4 and using Google Chrome as my development and testing browser. I've also done some limited testing with FireFox 'Nightly' and it works fine.

Let's record our positive and negative experiences so we can make some recommendations when we have a release.

MySQL 5.6.13 PHP 5.4.17 Abyss Web Server X1 (v 2.9.0.1)

Browsers: Chrome Firefox Opera

I refuse IE as it refuses to support modern website development features but I tested it.

IE 10: bad, navigation styles are not working

IE 11: works nicely :)

Navigation bar button effects do not work – they show pressed status always Everything else works without issues

IPad - Safari works pretty fine though the buttons have rounded edges instead of the square format. It is very usable with the touch display - my choice for the bigger buttons and form fields was good.
