[map] Persist Setting Changes #155

We might want to adopt the changes in settings the user does inside the map view into the shared preferences (settings like follow location or satellite view). That might be the more consistent approach, because the next time he opens the map for a team, after having closed it by hitting back, everything will be reset.

But on the other hand then settings will be changed without touch the settings screen at all. I'm torn between the two positions ... :/

Maybe remove map options completely from the settings and just persist last status.
