[settings] foreign conference server #77

afaik, it's only possible to create a MUC on the server that hosts the creator's account. Iff so, we should remove the corresponding configuration option in the preferences.

Test: I can (no longer?) create a MUC on conference.jabber.ccc.de with the teammeetmate@jabber.de account (while an account hosted on that server can). That other account gets a 404 server not found when trying to create a MUC on conference.jabber.de, while it works just nicely for the test account.

Can you confirm this behaviour? Thx!

Iff so, we should remove the corresponding configuration option in the preferences.

Though we might want to be able to handle the case where the MUCs don't live on conference.domain.tld. That option might live in an advanced settings category though and should default to the standard subdomain.

Some tests seem to confirm the hypothesis.
