These commits add thrift APIs support for bfdd. The thrift APIs include enableBFDFailover, disbleBFDFailover, getPeerStatus, peerDown and peerUp. Thus bfdd can be configured through thrift. Also bfdd is packaged by pkgsrc scripts.
