Not working for me :( #22

Hi! I just found out this amazing project! But, after installation and configuring 2 switches and 2 sources i see still the blank black screen with the two icons, what am i getting wrong?

plus, i've got a extron ism482 and an extron usp405, can i help you someway to integrate these devices? thanks!

edit: the ui is hard to understand at the beginning, but managed to make it work :)
