Refresh requirements for Django 3.0+
Run Pyupgrade and Flynt
Fix all the things that have been or will be deprecated or didn't work

⚠️ After this PR is merged, the project requires Python 3.6 or newer. That said, older versions are end-of-life anyway...

Unexcpeted, but good work, thank you! I did run this, because this is currently not in production anywhere (as far as I know), but it's good to know this project is ready for Django 3 and modern Python versions.

I figured I could give a bit of a spring... uh... fall cleaning. :)
