I added the .ipa file via iTunes and sync to my iPad. Downloaded torrent, and
clicked open with iTransmission. Torrent loads, but fails to ever start
downloading. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build #22
iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 (jailbroken)

I am having similar issues. Any torrent that I add from UrL is not starting,
even after taking off of pause. Checked settings and checked port and said Oh
Bad. Don't know what to do with this. Same thing on iPad 2 and iPhone 4S. iOS
5.0.1 latest version of itransmission.

I have the same issue...I copied and pasted a magnet link as well as a direct
url to the torrent file and none of them worked for me. I verified if the
torrent was working with my laptop and it is indeed a valid, working torrent

Open iTransmission,
Under the name of the Torrent, there's a blue circle (to the left of the size,
and to the left of the status "Paused"

All you need to do is tap the blue circle.

In the picture attached, you will find what you should tap.

I have a question on how to add a magnet link and the GUI and another regarding
the web interface. Could you guys tell me if it's the same for you or help me
in any way?

Same thing has happened to me. iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1, Absinthe Jailbreak. Was
working fine. Completed loads of torrents. Then one morning loaded a new
torrent and did not connect to any peers. 0 of 0. Torrent not paused. Torrent
is working as have tested on my PC. Left the torrent for over half hour and did
not connect still. Tested with different torrents. same result. Restarted
phone, no luck. Reinstalled itransmission2, no luck. Very strange as it was
working perfectly and then stopped yesterday morning.
