cuda-v0.2.5-hotfix: on (most recent)WSL works pretty much perfect.

but cuda-v0.2.5 after the hotfix.. failing to get count of cuda device ASUS TUF 3070

cuda-v0.2.5-hotfix2 is working perfect btw.. ASUS TUF 3070
