Grid Editor fails on special child entities like Quote Product. #3

The Grid Editor fails to operate on special child entities like the Quote Product, Order Product, and Invoice Product, because these entities do not have their own "statecode" attribute, but instead rely on their parent-record's "statecode" attribute.

Hi, I am very much interested in JGE to work with Order Products and Quote Products. When can we expect to see a fix for this bug ? Thanks, Leon

I'm currently developing a fix for this and the Money field simultaneously. I don't know when it can be expected to work, as I'm still in the pseudo-code phase. It is, however, my highest priority for this project.

Just dropping an update on the bug: still no advancement. My employer has me wrapped up in another major project at the moment. I'd like to have this ironed out before the release of CRM 2011. That's not a joke. :(

Hello, any update on the JGE functionality "edit child entities" and 'edit money fields" ? If the functionality is not going to be available soon, I'll have to look for a commercial product, as we really need it ... Thanks, Leon

I appreciate your interest in the project, but must unfortunately declare that I cannot resume my development of this project at this time. I'm about to undertake its CRM 2011 counterpart, and will be unable to provide any further support or development against this project in even the coming year. My sincere apologies. I made it open-source to encourage other developers to get involved, but so far none have.
