Number fields don't maintain culture characteristics. #5

When you edit a grid with number it changes the number to 25.1 instead of 25,1 which is Czech language culture. -Jan Adamec

I'm looking for help with this bug. Basically, I have no direction on how the control obtains the culture information to use with formatting. It may be a while before I dissect the control .htc files to discover it. I don't see anything inherent to the HTML for it, but then again I'm in a "native" 1033 environment without any other languages/cultures deployed.
