MIDI command handling

Judging by the code, there's a limited list of commands being handled by the library.

MIDI.org provides a more detailed list of MIDI commands.

There's also two other lists for the reference: logosfoundation.org, ccrma.stanford.edu.

validate_midi_message command doesn't handle two-byte commands like a knob turn.

TO-DO:

• [x] Check all knob turning modes are available
• [x] Test case to check later in an example: midi_message_t should contain a channel attribute for each of non-system messages. (_parse_message_from_status_byte)
• [x] Check if I might possibly need any other commands
• [x] Test pitch bend messages: 0xE0 0x00 0x40
• [x] Validate all commands from a list below to add to a documentation
