TIMELINE- Won't display in Firefox or Google Chrome, Only IE #443

My timeline will open up normally in IE (7 and UP), but when I try to open it 
up in Firefox or Google Chrome, it will only pull up a blank box where the 
timeline should be.  I downloaded the library files for 2.3.0 and made the 
needed changes to run it off of my web server, but it still won't display in 
other browsers.  Please look at my code and tell me what I did wrong:
