Fix notes page/edit note page/create note page with minor additions

Description

Various fixes and additions to the notes page

• When creating a note, will now refresh the notes page to show the updated grid of notes with the newly created note.
• Fixed bug where the wifi fields do not get displayed when editing a wifi note
• Edit page shows warning when choosing the secret type note to warn that notes are not password protected
• Made wifi modal password field readonly to ensure no users try to edit or delete the password in the wrong place
• Added delete button to the edit modal to delete notes
• When editing wifi notes, the username and password now correctly updates
