improving the documentation here...

I agree this useful tool should be advertised more. Should we add a link to the 
project from page? Or should we rather move the whole JSpy and its 
documentation here? Possibly it could be even bundled with the normal 
SwingLibrary distribution so that you would always have it available if you 
have SwingLibrary in use.
