Stopped working with latest version of Chrome #292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install Advanced RESTful client in latest version of Chrome
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should work, but won't even install:

An error has occurred
There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please refresh the page and try 
again.
RELOAD
CLOSE

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows7

Version 39.0.2171.65 m

Google Chrome is up to date

Please provide any additional information below.

It works with this version of Chrome:  Version 38.0.2125.111 m

This error from Chrome is probably a good thing since app still runs: 
Update failed (error: 7)An error occurred while checking for updates: Egads! 
Installation failed. Please try again. Error code = 0x00000000.
