Rest Client Web Site is not responding #293

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try and access the advanced Rest Client
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally it would come up , now I am seeing

This webpage is not available 
chrome-extension://hgmloofddffdnphfgcellkdfbfbjeloo/RestClient.html#RequestPlace
:projectEndpoint/12 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently 
to a new web address.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?

Windows 7 
Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 m

It is not same as #271. It occurred for me since morning only. Before that REST 
client was working fine.

I agree, it is a new problem. I used the client yesterday. Today it reports the 
error.
