There was a typo: tooltipsConfProvider > tooltipsConfigProvider

Hi @gregorybolkenstijn thanks sorry but it looks ok to me, here is the provider name https://github.com/720kb/angular-tooltips/blob/master/lib/angular-tooltips.js#L823 and here https://github.com/720kb/angular-tooltips/blob/master/lib/angular-tooltips.js#L216 you can find configure() and not options()

Am i missing something?!
