TokenManagement.sol is now ERC721.sol, a port of Open Zeppelin's ERC721 implementation without IERC721Metadata.
Removes redundant inheritance
Within PartialCommonOwnership.sol, implement _beforeTokenTransfer for collecting tax and _afterTokenTransfer for resetting taxCollectedSinceTransfer instead of overriding _transfer.
Build typechain types prior to running tests
