NOTES

must install coco pods using the following instructions
- install using this
- next, update coco pods pod repo update
- run phonegap plugin add phonegap-plugin-push to install the plugin
- configure using the ngCordova instructions
- then, according to this, run cd platforms/ios/cordova && npm install ios-sim
