i'll probably start keeping track of any ideas for the bot here

have the bot post an album exchange message once a week that people react to have all reactions shuffled and placed in a list, with each user assigned to another 24hrs later (i assume the bot has a way to reliably keep track of the time)

I don't think it should be automatic, I think we should be able to make any message where we ask for people to react

And then when whoever the moderator is thinks it's ready they make a command to the bot to read the users who reacted and does the album exchange shuffle thing
