Throughout the document, Wikipedia links are used. Please provide references to scholarly articles, written textbooks, or scientific journals instead.

Please only close the issue after the changes have been made. You should also include the hash code for the commit in your comment, so that the reader knows what commit closed the issue.

I fixed some links if I can find proper replacements. But some are still kept because I feel Wiki is good source to find the definitions or simple introcductions of some terms. I know that wiki links can not be used in thesis, but I don't know whether our documentation can use? @smiths Whether wikipia reference can be use? Thanks for help.

Although it isn't ideal, I would prefer a Wikipedia citation to no citation. If you used Wikipedia, you should cite it.
