現状は https://github.com/Azure-Samples/Custom-vision-service-iot-edge-raspberry-pi/blob/master/modules/ImageClassifierService/arm32v7.Dockerfile から。

何でこれ（ balenalib/raspberrypi3-debian-python:3.7 ）使ってるのか分かってないので、それが分かればいい。

CPUとOSの組み合わせでちょうどいいPythonイメージがないのかな。
