make に -j オプションを付けるとマルチコア環境ではビルドが早くなるはず #1

Actionsは2coreなので -j4 くらい指定してもいいかもしれない。

2-core CPU 7 GB of RAM memory 14 GB of SSD disk space

koudenpaの端末も2〜4コアだし。
