cursor on chinese characters is not the same width with the character， only a half of it #47

my env:

vimStyle 0.3.12
vscode 1.3.1
system window 10

maybe other multibyte characters has the same problem.

Now, down motion supports only tabs at the top of the line. I think it has this and other some problem. I'm Japanese and often use multibyte characters, but I do not feel bad. I do not try it soon, sorry.
