cannot build deb from checkout on ubuntu karmic

The attached patch contains 2 small changes:
 Removed empty line in middle of description from control file.
 Modified debian/rules to not try and copy non-existant header.

Hello, I switched repo to mercurial, so now applying patches would be easy 
procedure
from now.
Create a clone, patch it and then I'll merge your clone into my branch.
Bonuses here that you do not have to wait for me to publish updates, and your 
name
will be in commit message.

Now it's difficult for me to maintain v4l as I have to use windows for now.
