rect Render Invisible if Placed on a workplane #59

If a workplane is added manually and then a rect is added to that, the rect does not seem to render in the 3D view.

It looks like this was also fixed as part of the work done on commit 0596c20e9b354aca7dc57d88d6619337f376b67e
