Objective

To automate the process of applying Personnel Unit Citations (PUCs) to new members in MILPACs, currently handled manually by the S1 department.

Key Focus

Investigating and implementing a solution that can automate the manual steps involved in applying PUCs to each new member.

Deliverables

  1. Conduct a feasibility study to identify potential methods for automation.
  2. Develop a proof-of-concept for the chosen method.
  3. Implement and test the automation in a controlled environment.
  4. Roll out the automated process to the live MILPACs system, after successful testing.

Problem Statement

The S1 department currently has to manually apply PUCs to each new member, which is time-consuming and prone to human error.

By automating this process, we aim to improve efficiency and accuracy, thereby freeing up the S1 department to focus on other critical tasks.
