Work on using Hugo "CMS" as a use case for development of a static landing page for the cav.

• Developing a Theme using CSS+HTML
• Work on creating content based on identified needs from S-shops and BN.
• Brainstorming / Pinpointing the exact use case and specific target of this project.
• Implementing way to engage potential members by "showcasing" what the cav is and what is our offering.
