Using options in GDB such as but not limited to Neo4js.

Create a framework of positions and relations that represent our current organization within a graph db.
limit it to an "framework" and leave data such as users and other attributes as metadata or properties.
maintain focus on later implementation of CRUD operations to be done to manage the nodes and relationships.
