Create testbed website to start updating addons and ensure shit don't break. Also try to get owner info from Jarvis so we can move everything over to a Cav owned account.

Reached out to @astetchkov to clarify the scope of this, he will handle the existing addon research with Jarvis.

Remaining issue scope is setting up test forums
