Pyro secondary taunt triggers Pyro Hurt caption #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to Pyro
2. Switch to secondary weapon
3. Taunt

The "PYRO HURT" caption appears when no Pyro has taken damage.

Additional info:

The taunt also produces the error message "No caption found for
'pyro.headright01". This indicates that the vocal portion of the Pyro taunt
is made by combining two existing Pyro sound files: a damage taken sound &
the "Go Right" call.

This is because the Hadouken taunt causes the Pyro to make the "hurt" dialogue 
sounds, so the captions will show the text for that sound on your screen.
