`linux-aarch64-7ji`: cmdline partition is currently broken #11

Even though CONFIG_CMDLINE_PARTITION is enabled, the kernel (based on 6.6.8 mainline) does not even try to parse blkdevparts= partition definition on kernel cmdline. This breaks the eMMC-only boot on GXBB (S905) where FIP conflicts with both MBR and GPT.
