Tab crashes when connected in dock #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have tab powered on
2. Plug into dock (not with keyboard) 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see clock. Tab crashes and reboots then crashes in a loop. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cm 10.1 

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you please do the following:

* Plug into dock
* Wait until tab crashes and reboots (black screen)
* Plug out of dock
* After reboot, put this folder into a zip: /data/system/dropbox (using ADB or 
the file manager in root mode)
* Send me the zip
