too loud after pressing vol+ once #14

If the tab is muted and the vol+ button gets pressed while listening 
music/watching videos the volume gets something like 3-5 steps louder, not 1.

I think it is a bug in whole CM's work

How did you mute the tab? When I remember right, it doesn't start from zero but 
from the last volume before you muted.

I have the same issue on any 4.2.2 rom for p5wifi if u turn the volume to 0 
with hardware button first step up gives full volume. Tested pa 4.2.2 aokp 
4.2.2 pac 4.2.2 cm10.1 all builds since 4.1 this is with head phones plugged 
in. I will test any fix.thanks
