What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.change the language to arabic
2.restart the tab
3.the user interface crash
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
using both hands,go inside setting ,change the language to english , the UI go
smooth, and the problem disappear, then change the language again to arabic
the problem only appears when restarting with arabic language interface ,but
when restarting with english interface no problem at all
