Issue When installing XRace.apk #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. adb install XRace.apk
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS: ubuntu 8.04

Please provide any additional information below.

openintents-0.9.0.apk has been installed successfully in emulator, and
setting and testing of connection is OK.
