This is a modified version of steadier state to provide compatibility with Windows 8 & 10. See steadierstate.com for the original work developed by Mark Minasi.
Since this is a MS Windows based project and the balance of the files show as ^M for carriage return, I believe it appropraite to unify. This has been tested on two pristine runs and did not have any issues.
