  Rename safe_div_mod_ to safe_idiv_imod_sv_.
  Remove bit_cast_.
  Add cast_sv_ and bind_cast_sv_.
  Refactor cgllvm_caster.
  Now cast information support v2v and m2m cast.
  Add test for vector/matrix casts.

  Change signature of cast_sv_ and bind_cast_sv_.
  Add cast_ops for making cast used easier.
  Fixed a bug of test_op_sub_cast in cast.ss.
  Fixed bug of cast_ints.
