Make Start & Track selected by default if TimeTracker is synced #2

When setting up the Kitten app to sync with TimeTracker, the default choice seems to be just starting a round or break. Can the split button default to Start & Track instead of just running the Kitten timer when the two are synced?

@army-watchfinder Agreed, good suggestion. We will check this UX internally and update application with this feature.
